Relationship between Ethnicity and InequalitySince clock immemorial there has been a relationship between heathenity and divergence which is even witnessed in the discombobulate times . Many other factors like gender and complete also contribute to this phenomenon However , there is no long difference between racial and ethnical factors when it comes to their contribution towards variation . Nobles were hatful of high class and they were defined through their riches and associations with royal families . virtually ethnic groups were regarded as lesser human beings like Africans who captured as slaves in the 17th century to work in the Americas , since that time people of black origin or ethnicity have been nonintegrated therefore causing a large gap between the them and whites .
