So, for this project my partner and I researched common chord community libraries and three community health centers that scoop up related to our design ideas for our future building designs. To begin, we researched three community libraries and health clinics. The beginning community library used f or a precedent mull over was Reedsburg creation library fixed in Reedsburg, Wisconsin designed by SDS architects. Located in the civic mall in downtown Reedsburg the building is 15,000 square feet and serves a preponderantly residential area.

Reedsburg librarys location is similar to our potential ranges location because our site is also located between an outdoor shopping break up and a residential community. SDS architects requiremented this library to a produce an institutional piece so the materials used on this building resembled that. In our reliance what was a smart idea because it make the library jump out out from its surroundings in the ! center of homes and plaza shops. Bricks, limestone, and stucco were used for the exterior and to have an inviting appeal they used wooden framed windows and a pitched hood that related to the residential surroundings.
