The research framework examines leadership styles in double Croatian companies found on the Likert analysis of discernment and leadership styles. Survey research has been conducted in the paper establish on the answers of 81 top managers of large Croatian companies. The civilize of the research reveals that the dominant leadership style in large Croatian companies regarding the company size and fundamental industry is illuminating leadership style. Details of the results, implications of the findings, and conclusions are presented and discussed. The present study provides a starting point for further research of leadership styles in Republic of Croatia. This research is among the first and most exhaustive alpha carried out in the C roatian context of large Croatian companies.
